I want your gang to know that I have been doing research for two months looking at different ebay members selling land seeing what prices lots are going for etc. You guys by far have the best lay out, easy reading on the eyes, outstanding information about the areas, and links for further reading. Some ebayers have all cap letters in there ad. That is so poor, it floors me that it's chosen for typing out their ad.

I understand it's for future investment but I like the fact that it's in a section close to electric and is close to where they will be putting in a water line.
